Section 1 of this privacy policy ("U.S. Privacy Notice") supplements and amends Glossom, Inc. (the "Company")’s "PRIVACY POLICY " and "Privacy Policy for End Users Outside of Japan" and only applies to users residing in the United States ("End Users"). The Company provides U.S. Privacy Notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA"), and unless otherwise indicated, terms used in the U.S. Privacy Notice have the meanings as defined in the CCPA. Please note that "sale" in the U.S. Privacy Notice refers only to the provision of information to third parties by information collection modules.
1.1 Personal Information of End Users Acquired by the Company ("User Information")

1.2 How to Acquire User Information
・Automatic or indirect acquisition (User Information will be acquired when an operation such as displaying advertisements on media (“the Media”) using ad-sorting service "adfurikun" (“Service") provided and operated by the Company is done)

1.3 The Purpose of Collecting and Selling User Information (that means Provision of User Information to third parties through information collection module including all subsequent sales).
The Company may use, sell, or disclose User Information acquired for the following purposes.

(1) Purpose of acquiring User Information
・Confirmation of Advertising Results
・Content Targeting
・Provision to third parties as described in "3. Provision and Disclosure of User Information" in the adfurikun privacy policy

(2) Purpose of Selling User Information
・Confirmation of Advertising Results
・Content Targeting

1.4 Sharing and Selling User Information
(1) The Company may sell User Information, with the right to opt-out, to Ad Network Operators here for the purpose of content targeting and confirmation of advertising results.

1.5 End User’s Rights and Selection
(1) End Users have a right to access, a right to suspend the usage, a right to delete, a right to restrict the use, a right to object to processing activities and a right of data portability. If an End User or his/her representative makes a request concerning these rights, the Company will respond to the requests without delay to the extent possible in accordance with laws and regulations. Please contact “Contact for Personal Information 2. Contact” in "PRIVACY POLICY " for such requests.
(2) Opt-out of the sale of personal information
DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

End Users may opt out of future sales at any time after opting-in to the sale of their personal information. End Users have a right to instruct not to sell their personal information at any time (opt-out right).

If you prefer the Company not to sell your personal information, you can opt out by visiting the opt-out pages of the Ad Network Operators described as “Opt-out”here and follow their instructions.
The Company may not be able to fully respond if the End User's claim is false, extremely impractical, interferes with another person's rights, or is not required by law. In such cases, the Company will still contact you with its decision not to respond. Also, the Company may ask the End User to provide additional information including personal information, if necessary to verify the identity of the End User or the nature of the claim.
